Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Delivery times may vary based on the shipping destination and carrier delays. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping options may be available in the future.
Returns & Refunds
Return Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used or damaged products (unless defective upon arrival)
- Custom or personalized items
- Final sale items
Return Process:

- Receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to the provided address.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange for a replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the item, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
